Alok is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary. He has done his B.Com(H) from St.Xaviers College, Kolkata and Schooling from St. Lawrence High School, Kolkata.
Alok has over 26 years of industry experience in the field of Accounting, Audit, Cost optimization, Taxation, Legal and Secretarial Matters. He has handled cross border transactions, Merger/demerger, Search & seizure, Income tax Raid & Assessments.
Lalit is an alumnus of St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and a senior Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary & also a Cost and Management Accountant having fellow membership.
He is a seasoned professional with 3 decades of experience of working with various multinationals and multi-locational start-up & established organizations in multicultural environment at various senior managerial positions.
Lalit spent 2 decades of his time working internationally in different geographies (based out of Europe, USA and UAE) for various diversified companies including UST, Singapore and Dubai based international groups in various sectors/ Industries including IT & Software ,KPO & consulting , Telecom, Electronics, Trading, Manufacturing, Distributions & Logistics, Hardware & System Integrator, Property/facilities management, real-estate .
Biswajit is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Hons) from Utkal University.
He has over 20 years of experience in Chemicals and Textile industries. He has extensive experiences in the field of Assurance and Accounting, Financial analysis, Finalisation of Financial statements audit conducted by Big 4 and other large size firms, Internal and management audit, Internal Financial Controls, Ind AS conversions & compliances.
Nabin is a Chartered Accountant, Cost and Works Accountant, Company Secretary, L.L.B and B.Com graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata.
He has substantial experience in international tax and regulatory matters. He has spent almost 23 years with big four accounting firms advising clients on inbound and outbound strategy, tax planning, litigation strategy and compliances.
